Our attorneys will assist you in all issues relating to COMPETITION LAW. These may relate to the protection of competitors in entrepreneurial activities and the protection of consumers against the negative effects of unlawful competitive actions. However, the public interest in undistorted (business) competition may also be affected.

Violations of competition law for the injured party may include e.g. claims for abatement, cease-and-desist claims and damage claims. In relation to intellectual property rights, competition law is a supplementary protection of intellectual property if such intellectual property is adopted or imitated. However, a prerequisite is that a special intellectual property right must not conclusively or extensively govern a particular matter. Our work as attorneys focuses on reviewing the matter and advising you.
