Attorney Carina Jansen is a founding member and partner of Jansen & Jansen Rechtsanwälte. She established the law firm with her husband in 2013. Previously, she worked as an attorney at a medium-sized corporate law firm in Münster.
Attorney Jansen studied law in Münster and Lyon.
She completed her practical training at the Hamm district Lower Regional Court at the offices of the Regional Court of Münster. She worked at the German Embassy in Budapest (Hungary) and the law firm, LGV Avvocati, in Milan (Italy).
She is a research assistant at the open university, Fernuniversität Hagen, and also lectures at the university in Cologne.
For her doctorate, Attorney Jansen studied an issue on the European unitary patent.
Attorney Jansen is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and the German association for travel law, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Reiserecht e.V.
